DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS

To confirm your booking you will be asked to send a UK sterling cheque made payable to Ian McDonald for the deposit of 30% of the rental rates to secure the dates for your chosen cottage. Your booking will be confirmed once the cheque is cleared.

Payment can also be made by sterling bank transfers (UK bank accounts) - if you wish to pay this way to secure your requested gite and holiday dates we can provide you with the account details at the time of booking.

All local tourism taxes & TVA are included in the prices.

All deposits are fully refundable up to 8 weeks before confirmed arrival date and become non-refundable after the start of this 8 week period. Please ensure you have sufficient holiday insurance to cover the cost of your deposit and the full rental fee.

Balance rental fee is due 2 weeks before your confirmed arrival date and is non refundable.

On arrival we will ask you for a €150 cash deposit to cover for any damages or breakages. This is refundable once your departure inventory has been complete.
